We invite your company to be a partner and exhibit your products and services at our 2025 Heartland Foot and Ankle Conference.

Sponsorships present a great opportunity to get exclusive access to practicing DPMs from across the Midwest. Participating as a sponsor and/or exhibitor will allow you to reconnect with foot and ankle physicians with whom you currently work and build new relationships with DPMs, residents, students, nurses, and assistants.

Sponsorship Package Types

Premier Sponsor Package ($10,000) includes:

• Two exhibit booth spaces
• Four included company representatives
• Priority to choose booth location (based on level of support and date of payment)
• Full page color ad in conference program and in event app
• Full recognition on all conference signage and promotional materials
• Website and event app promotion - company logo listed and linked to your website
• Premier recognition on all signage and materials
• Host conference break
• Sponsor an exclusive non-CME lunch/product theater at the conference

CME Foot & Ankle Sponsor Package($8,500) includes:

• One exhibit booth space
• Two included company representatives
• Priority to choose booth location (based on level of support and date of payment)
• 1/2 page color ad in conference program and in event app
• Full recognition on all conference signage and promotional materials
• Website and event app promotion - company logo listed and linked to your website
• Premier recognition on all signage and materials
• Host conference break
• Opportunity to sponsor a workshop with a speaker OR host the Embassy Club Reception

Non-CME Foot & Ankle Sponsor Package ($7,500) includes:

• One exhibit booth space
• Two included attendees
• Priority to choose booth location (based on level of support and date of payment)
• 1/2 page color ad in conference program and in event app
• Full recognition on all conference signage and promotional materials
• Website and event app promotion - company logo listed and linked to your website
• Premier recognition on all signage and materials
• Host conference break
• Opportunity to sponsor a workshop with a speaker OR host the Embassy Club Reception (pending availability)
• Non-CME workshop slots run concurrently to lectures in the conference schedule

Supporting Sponsor Package ($3,500) includes:

• One exhibit booth space
• Two included company representatives
• Priority to choose booth location (based on level of support and date of payment)
• 1/4 page color ad in conference program and in event app
• Full recognition on all conference signage and promotional materials
• Website and event app promotion - company logo listed and linked to your website

Attendee Gift Sponsor Package ($2,500) includes:

• Welcome every conference attendee with a co-branded gift ordered by IPMS. Sponsor shall coordinate with IPMS Scientific Committee on the particulars of the gift. The sponsorship amount does not include the cost of the gift
• All gift ideas must be approved by the IPMS Scientific Committee

Premium Exhibitor Package ($1,900) includes:

• One exhibit booth space
• Two included company representatives
• Priority to choose booth location (based on level of support and date of payment)

General Exhibitor Package ($1,500) includes:

• One exhibit booth space
• Two included company representatives

Fireside Chat Reception Package ($2,500) includes:

Consider sponsoring our Wednesday evening reception (held offsite)!

• Onsite recognition and a feature in our email invitation prior to the conference
• Host drink tickets for this event at your exhibit table to increase your traffic and visibility as a sponsor

Lanyard & Name Badge Sponsor Package ($2,000) includes:

A great way to get around-the-clock recognition through the whole conference!

• All attendees will receive a lanyard & badge at the conference that includes YOUR company logo

Coffee Cup Sponsor Package ($1,500) includes:

Put your company branding in the hands of Heartland Conference attendees!

• All disposable coffee cups will have YOUR company logo on the front
• Sponsors must provide cups

Water Bottle Sponsor Package ($1,500) includes:

Put your logo and company branding in the hands of Heartland Conference attendees!

• All disposable water bottles will have YOUR company logo on the front
• Sponsors must provide branded water bottles
